great location amazing view great owner shabby wall major refurbishment
i found a great location with many dining options nearby. the sea view from my room was amazing. the owner was great. he answered every question without hesitation.
i noticed the hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment. the outside looks awful with shabby peeling walls. it would be better if guests were forewarned and someone was at reception.

FANTASTIC stay with AMAZING views!
clean room comfortable bed delicious breakfast
I stayed in a sea-view room that was clean. The bed was very comfortable, assuring restful nights. Breakfast was delicious. I especially enjoyed the perfectly cooked eggs. Parking was convenient, with plenty of room available at the hotel.

The hotel boasts private parking, so arrival was stress-free. my room offered a modern shower room, ensuring a fresh start each day. breakfast included hot, cooked options, a good way to begin. i also enjoyed a free pool table. The purple cloth added a touch of whimsy.
Though, it didn't greatly affect the peaceful experience.

The location is close to the beach and Shanklin chine. The room was clean. The sea view from the room was nice.
The hotel seemed run down from the outside. The woodwork in the room had chipped paint. The decor felt dark and gloomy.

charming sea view stay
charming sea modern room great location
i had a sea view from my room. it was fantastic. the room was modern and held a classic charm. the location was near clock tower beach. it was convenient to shops and restaurants.
i think it could have been good to know the hotel was being renovated. some facilities stated were not available.
